Delivery
When will I receive my order?
Delivery times depend on your location, but here's an 
estimate:
● USA: 3-4 business days
● Europe: 6-8 business days
● Australia: 2-14 business days
● Japan: 4-8 business days
● International: 10-20 business days
Where will my order be shipped from?
We work with an on-demand fulfillment company with facilities around the world.
Will I have to pay customs duties?
A customs fee may apply on international orders. However, taxes are
beyond our control and vary by country, so please check with your
local customs office directly to see if they charge any duties or taxes.
My order should have arrived, but it's delayed. What should I do?
Before contacting us, please make sure:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any errors in the
delivery address;
● Check with your local post office;
● Ask your neighbors if the courier left the package at one of theirs.
If the address was correct and the courier didn't leave the package at a post office or a
neighbor's, email us at [support email] with your order number. If you find an error
in the delivery address, we can send you a replacement, but it will be at your expense.
